Ecler CLOUD is a cloud-based platform designed to store AV projects and device connections, seamlessly integrating with Ecler PLEX. This project was developed within the software product team in collaboration with an outsourced agency. While the agency led the UI design and software implementation, I acted as a UX consultant, providing usability and visual feedback to align the platform with Ecler’s ecosystem.
Challenges
The primary challenge was ensuring that the outsourced agency's work met Ecler’s usability standards and design system while maintaining a consistent experience with other platforms.
Design Solution
As part of the sprint-based collaboration, I reviewed each iteration of the outsourced team’s work, ensuring that usability and workflows were consistent with Ecler PLEX. This included providing detailed feedback on how to better align the user experience with the overarching Ecler design system.
I collaborated with the software product team to integrate the feedback into sprints, preparing for demos and retrospective sessions. These collaborative sessions ensured that the visual experience of Ecler CLOUD met our design standards and aligned seamlessly with the broader Ecler ecosystem.
Outcomes
I contributed to the initial stages of the Ecler CLOUD project, ensuring alignment with the Ecler ecosystem's design standards. Although I was not involved in the final implementation, the platform successfully integrated into the ecosystem, maintaining visual and functional consistency across Ecler’s software.
